How Owlit works (end-to-end)

1. Set up your brand(s) & locations

  • Brands → + Add Brand: name, logo, website(s)
  • Add Location: store name, full address & GPS, region tag, store manager contact
  • Bulk tools: CSV Import (≤1,000), Bulk Edit, Archive/Unarchive

2. Launch an Opportunity

  • Opportunities → + New: title, description, brand
  • Define auditor restrictions (gender, age, qualifications)
  • Set requirements (audio, geo-tagged photos, interior/exterior images, etc.)
  • Select shops (default Inactive → toggle Active to go live)

3. Monitor, analyse, and share

  • Responses: table + filters; export raw data
  • Questionnaire Overview: completion rates and average time per section
  • Reports: generate PDFs with photos/audio; email to hub; schedule digests
  • Optional Power BI: open live dashboards for ongoing programs
